Fragile me!

Since get signed-off as a buyer, my responsibility is getting bigger and bigger. Whatever I plan have to justify the sales, margin and so-called LFL.

But as time goes on, i started to feel the pressure from management and managers. And recently, i feel like i am in mess due to time constraint. Raya sign-off is around the corner, yet the promotion lines cannot be confirmed. Plus, Mooncake festive also starts 4 weeks after Raya, and lines also not comfirm yet, and now a bigger issue arise!! Feel so helpless as this stage.

Recognize that one step would probably cause a significant impact to my category peformance. But a freshie like me who lack of buying experience, there's no way to say NO to learn, to take the risk and responsibility, as well as the failure! !

On the other hand, i still find myself really fragile and emotional towards things. Also, this makes people think of a negative me whom cannot deal with difficulties. More to learn and go, i always remind myself.

FAITH, i need you so bad! God, please give me strenght and courage to overcome my fragile soul and dilemma. Amen~
